Individual Coaching - find hope, healing, and rest.

As a trauma sensitive, relational life coach, I work with people of all ages and backgrounds. It is through relationship that we are most wounded, and it is only through relationship that we heal. With me, you’ll find a warm, kind, playful, and safe presence, and together, we’ll find ways to restore and bring wholeness to what might seem irreparably lost or broken.

These are some common struggles we can address together:

Anxiety Life Transitions Relational Struggles

Developmental Trauma Complex PTSD PTSD

Parenting Challenges Depression

I can help you:

-learn how to gently tune into your body

-explore different ways to calm and regulate your nervous system

-learn new parenting patterns

-navigate career changes or other life transitions

-discover new ways of being in relationship as your whole, authentic self

-stabilize in your personal life (areas addressed include nutrition, routine, creativity, relationships, career)

-cope with mental health recovery

Parent Coaching

Children are full of so much wonder and delight, and are both incredibly fragile and resilient. Being a parent can be such a joy, and it can also bring up so much for us. Oftentimes, our own unmet needs, unfelt emotions, negative experiences, and other memories from childhood arise. It can be helpful to have a safe space to be seen and heard and cared for by another person as you parent your little ones. Receiving care in this will help you to be fully present and alive with wonder and delight yourself. You deserve to have a healthy, thriving relationship with your child and to have an identity outside of being a parent.

I work with all parents, but have a special heart and passion for clients who identify as neurodivergent, highly sensitive, anxious, or have experienced grief or trauma, whether it is you and/or your child who identifies as such.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is coaching therapy?

-I am currently in a Master’s program studying to be a therapist and have been working in the mental health field for 13 years. Whilst my style of coaching is similar to therapy, I cannot diagnose mental illness. If you are needing a diagnosis or are experiencing a current mental health crisis, a therapist would be a better fit for you.

How do I know if coaching is right for me?

-As a trained trauma professional, it is my deep joy and honor to be a person and place of authentic welcoming and belonging for all who come to me for help. We are all born into this world needing and deserving life-giving, meaningful, fulfilling relationships. It is our most crucial, basic need to love and to be loved by another. If you feel a profound sense of something missing, struggle with anxiety or depression, feel as though you have never belonged anywhere your entire life, or simply feel as though you have no idea who you are, trauma sensitive, relational life coaching can be a good place to start. I see your wholeness, your potential, your beauty, even when (and especially if) you can’t see it for yourself yet. Together, we’ll find what you need in order to thrive.

How long do you work with clients?

-I work with clients anywhere from 6 months to a year (or longer!). We’ll start off meeting weekly, and oftentimes move appointments to an as needed basis. I am here for as long as you need me.

I really want to work with you but can’t afford it right now.

-I offer a sliding scale fee from; please contact me to discuss.
