Hello!

My name is Tacie. I am a trauma sensitive, relational coach based near Seattle, Washington. I help guide individuals of all ages to find inner healing and wholeness and a reclamation of their authentic selves.

About Me

My specific training encompasses embodiment and developmental psychology. For over ten years, I have worked with parents and children in foster care, with children and women in South Asia and the US in anti-trafficking, and in community mental health with teens and adults. Both my experiences and training have led me to an embodied, relational approach to coaching, grounded in my deeply held belief that all of us need and deserve life giving relationships. We are wounded most deeply through relationship, and it is through relationship that we heal. I have advanced skills and experience with individuals who have experienced varying levels of harm and trauma, have completed training with the Allender Center in Narrative Focused Trauma Therapy, and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a focus on depth-oriented psychotherapy, specializing in early attachments and embodiment.

Perhaps most importantly, though, I’ve been engaged in my own personal healing, reclaiming and restoring my own wholeness, with the care, guidance, love, and support of trusted individuals.

Now, I am committed to holding space for you to find your own healing and wholeness, in whatever area of your life you are seeking help.

You were born whole, and you belong here. You need and deserve to be seen exactly as you are, for exactly who you are. Because who you are is incredibly beautiful.
