Hello!

I’m Tacie. As a trauma sensitive, relational life coach, I help guide people of all ages to find a home in themselves, with others, and in the world around them. To bring understanding to confusion, safety to terror, and peace to overwhelm so you can move forward in your life. All of you is welcome here, just as you are, and you deserve to be seen, known, understood, and welcomed in all of who you are, who you have been, and who you will be.

As a relational life coach, I help you to:

-Understand your own unique self and way of being in the world, fully alive and flourishing.

-Parent your 0-5 year old with love, tenderness, confidence, and care.

-Understand your 0-5 year old, and all they are going through developmentally.

-Navigate transitions and life changes with peace and confidence.

-Transition from high school to college

-Think through decisions about your future with clarity and hope.

-Understand developmental and complex trauma and its impact on you: emotionally, physically, relationally

-Identify what you need to heal and grow

-Support you in the ways you need to heal and grow as you take steps forward towards your new beginning

Is trauma keeping you trapped?

Here are some common symptoms of trauma:

  • Relationship difficulties

    • Does trusting others feel impossible? Do you find it difficult to sustain long term, life giving relationships, either friendship or romantic? Trauma can significantly impair how we relate to others and cause undue stress on interpersonal relationships

  • Difficulty regulating emotionally

    • When intense emotions, either “negative” or “positive” ones, come up, do you find it difficult or even impossible to let yourself feel what you’re experiencing? Both “good” and “bad” feelings can feel dangerous, but cutting ourselves off from how we’re feeling in our bodies can make us feel “dead” and dissociated

  • Dissociation and Depersonalization

    • Do you feel like you don’t exist in your body? Do you feel disconnected from other people and the world around you? Overthinking, overworking, and overscheduling can also be signs of dissociation

  • Anxiety and Depression

    • Constant feelings of hopelessness and anxiety can be a constant companion if you’ve never experienced the relational safety all babies and children need from the moment they’re born

  • Hypervigilance

    • Are you always on high alert, constantly scanning the environment, yourself, or other people for signs of danger? Constantly being on high alert can keep our nervous systems stuck in a state of chronic tension, keeping us in survival mode and away from thriving

  • Feeling Broken and Alienated

    • Missing out on the needed secure primary attachment at birth and throughout childhood can leave us feeling..not human, with deeply rooted feelings of not belonging and never having belonged anywhere. Feeling broken beyond repair, completely bad and dirty, as though you are at fault for everything that ever happened to you

A safe place to be all of who you are, who you have been, and who you will be:

Healing is possible. You belong here - in your body, in this world, in relationship with others- exactly as you are. Together, we’ll move you towards healing and integrating all of who you are:
